We try to be as accommodating as possible to the needs and tastes of our CSA customers, choosing produce that the greatest number will enjoy as frequently as possible. We relish giving members taste and quality that has been lost in today’s commercial food supply. Yet, in the past, we have received feedback from some that they would prefer not to receive certain items. The logistics of successfully running this CSA require that we do not make special orders. We can and will do our best to meet the needs of our customers through product choice based on customer feedback.
It simply is not feasible to do a CSA at this scale and make special orders. No CSA does this. If you do find something in your weekly shipment that you can’t eat, let us know and we will take your feedback to heart and plan future crops accordingly.
